"Nice to see that this area has been looking great for the past few years. And the ability to work in the same town as you live is a great plus. It's difficult to find a place to rent a place for under $2,000."
"Pictures do not lie, but the staff does. Office holds more water than the pool does 2 years in a row. Entire pool area has been dug up 3 times over 2 years chasing drainage problems they will never resolve. On the positive side they have 2 swimming pools and one is indoors!"
"This place is truly a mirage until you actually live here for more than a week. You will regret living here, wait until the new place directly across the street opens or try any of the other complexes in the area. They jacked the rent up by 19% in a single year!"
"Have been here for two years, they demand access to your apartment while you are at work 4-6 times a year threatening a lease violation if not. Property has been in a perpetual state of construction since the day they opened. Cutting holes in my ceiling, the property is flood prone, and they recently deleted their Google account to bury all the terrible reviews. This is a dishonest business lying to the public about such a major life decision, makes me sick. Lights are always burning out in the hallways that are left that way for months at a time, their mail room is a DISASTER, and the pool area is extremely loud full with disrespectful residents (sometimes they do not even live here)."
"Love living here. We moved in six months ago and it has been a great experience. There was a mixup when we first moved in that was no fault of the Rosery, and the office was very attentive and worked with us to make sure we were able to move on time. Since then we have had to call maintenance once and their communication and response time has been phenomenal. Any time we have questions or need to contact the office they are quick to reply. Marcus is wonderful and the manager whose name escapes me is very on top of things. The office is always quick to email with any updates or requests for the community, which I really appreciate. The only negative so far is that the units aren't very sound proof room to room. However, for brand new appliances and well maintained units, low utilities due to the efficiency of said appliances, and well kept amenities I think it is an decent trade off."
