"Lot rent too high. Apt s. Up front full of druggies and pros. Dont stick to rules.should make it a family Park feels like one aleady. Owner has too much favoritism with alot of people getting information for him. Can never get ahold of him."
"Beautiful mobile home park. Residents are very friendly. Not a rental park as you have to buy into a share of the land. Maintenance fee is currently &110 per month. Includes water and lawn service."
