"As a resident at this property managed by the Connor Group for over a year, I feel compelled to warn potential renters: do not trust the representations made by the employees of this company. My time here has exposed a consistent pattern of manipulation and deceit aimed at luring prospective tenants into signing leases without considering the consequences for their well-being. Don't be misled by claims of high demand or limited vacancies—aggressive advertising masks the truth that more residents are leaving than arriving due to substandard living conditions. The company prioritizes filling units over addressing the concerns of current tenants. Exercise caution when reviewing documents—they will hold you to every word. Verbal assurances are meaningless compared to the binding agreements they enforce without hesitation. Beware of disguised lease agreements—what may seem like an application process could actually be a lease, catching you off guard. Demand a mold inspection for your unit, as numerous residents have encountered mold in ventilation systems, posing serious health risks. The term "luxury" here is a mere facade. Expect to pay premiums for amenities and services, many of which are mandatory regardless of usage. The billing structure is convoluted, with unexpected charges and fees that significantly inflate your monthly expenses. Should billing errors occur, expect evasion tactics and attempts to shift responsibility onto residents. The Connor Group's approach to resolving issues is disingenuous, deflecting accountability to a supposedly separate billing entity that is, in fact, part of their own operation. Their lease renewal process is characterized by coercive persuasion tactics, pressuring residents to sign hastily without adequate time for consideration or exploration of alternatives. Attempts to address concerns are met with avoidance tactics, leaving residents feeling neglected and frustrated. Security is lax, with frequent reports of property theft and disturbances. Disregard solicited Google reviews—they're often coerced and fail to reflect the reality of residents' experiences. Instead, seek out unbiased opinions from current residents and social media groups, where firsthand accounts reveal a troubling pattern of mistreatment and mismanagement. Walk around the property. Ask actual residents how they like living there. In conclusion, spare yourself the anguish and steer clear of this company. Behind the facade of luxury lies a reality of exploitation and neglect that no one should endure. There are so many other options in the area. Response to Owner: If you valued the feedback of residents or past residents you would have resolved these issues long ago. These issues are not news to you, they are Connor Group policies that residents bring to your attention every day. The Boulevard is a community, we know one another, we talk to one another, we share our experiences of bringing these issues to your attention, and we all always hear the same thing. We are out of luck, those are the policies. I have always been one to exercise my right to “vote with my wallet’. After having brought these items to your attention over the year I lived under Connor group management I chose to “accept the things I can not change, and change the things I canI realized that I can not change the way the Connor group does business, however I can change who I do business with. I moved. There is nothing that you can do to change the experience I had while living under your management. You ignored me when I was a resident and told me these things were in the lease and is that. However my hope is that my review will offer fair warning to those shopping for a place to live, so that they have a reasonable expectation as to how your office operates. Buyer beware."

"Danielle went out of her way to make my move in experience perfect; she even moved my mattress into my apartment when it arrived early! These ladies here are on top of everything to make sure you are comfortable and your move in is as easy as possible. The property is beautiful, and the amenities are top notch. The food trucks that come by several times a month are a real treat too! Love the location, love the people and am very happy with my decision to move here."

"I am a new tenant here and have to say we love it so far! The apartment is great , spacious with everything we need. The property is wonderful, safe, and well maintained with all the amenities we were looking for. Tiana was very helpful with the move in process and helped promptly with any questions we had. The apartment is within minutes to everything, shopping, parks , hiking & biking trails , and the beach! Its great!!"

"What a great place! I really enjoyed taking a tour and the hospitality was amazing. Tiana made our search a very pleasant experience. She explained the local area and surrounding towns and cities well. That was pretty important as we are coming from another state. Unfortunately, it didn't quite fit our location needs. That being said, I haven't actually lived there, but Tiana and the Team at The Boulevard deserve 5 stars all around! If you are looking in that area, I encourage you to go talk with them and look at their amazing property with lots of great amenities!"

"Tenant for over 6 years! Great Place to live! The amenities are great. The grounds are well kept- repaving, power washing,landscaping etc. I had not had much contact with the office until the Connor Group took ownership. Alex and her staff have been wonderful and I truly appreciate the great customer service. All maintenance issues are addressed quickly by Peter. He has been so helpful and professional. This community is safe, culturally diverse and very welcoming to tenants of all ages as well as handicap accessible. Tenants are notified well in advance of the activities that take place. I highly recommend this location. Very close to the beach and shopping centers."
