"This was a fantastic experience for me. I needed to abruptly leave another hotel (not affiliated with this hotel or chain) due to a mold infestation. I was in a panic and needed to book something else quick and last minute. Thankfully, I was able to be accommodated for the remaining days I needed for a stay while on vacation. When I arrived, my room wasn’t quite ready since it was 9:00am, but once ready- I was quite pleased. We had a 1 bedroom unit. It was very spacious, extremely clean and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip in Florida. The staff were really helpful and attentive. The next day, the manager who originally checked me in and knew my reasoning for switching hotels/staying with them- followed up to see how my stay was, remembered my name and was kind and thoughtful. I also felt the lobby, pool and location were awesome. + coffee always ready and hot and breakfast that ends at a reasonable time if you wanted to sleep in a little. I am so glad I found this hotel- my next time in Florida, I will be back for sure. Thank you for a great experience."
"A decent place to stay if you want a low cost room that can accommodate a medium sized family. The room was clean which is the most important thing. There was breakfast in the morning and coffee throughout the day. There was a little fire pit out front which was nice. The staff was very friendly."
"We chose this hotel because of great past experiences with other Home 2 Home Suites and GLAD we did! VERY clean. EXCELLENT customer service. We'd like to give a shout out David, Kathy, and Sara, who were very welcoming and great fun to chat with! Should we be in the area again in the future, we will definitely return."
