"Awful Experience I wouldn’t use this realtor if I were you to buy a property and I certainly wouldn’t buy a property that he’s a listing agent on an awful experience on a home where they extended the contract for over 30 days past the initial contract date still didn’t make repairs of property that were needed by the lender and now we’re trying to keep my earnest money deposit even though the contract expired they didn’t make the repairs and I was nice enough to extended it for 30 days meaning I was under contract for 60 days on this property, they are underhanded , deceitful And not trustworthy at all . The worst communication hardly ever will get back to my realtor or mortgage company . avoid avoid avoid !!!!!"
