"I Have been living at bridgewater club apartments now for 8 years. I Have found the staff and maintenance professional. If you have issues with your lease, or any problems with maintenance issues, they are quick to respond. The staff Are quick to respond and helpful. The neighbors are very nice. Sometimes people complain but I have found in life that y you get what you give. I hope to be living here many more years."
"DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPLEX! I moved here from South Carolina transferred jobs and everything. Basically I shift my entire life to FL, I was looking for somewhere to move and I came across this complex while in SC and was approved etc. I came down to check the apartment out and I was not pleased AT ALL I have paint all over my cabinets, the bathroom sick has water damaged and the dish washer is STILL unable to be used. Every day I come home from work my house smells like weed and cigarettes. I don’t smoke at all. I have a nephew that has asthma and my mother has asthma that can barely come over to my house due to the smell that’s always inside of my home. I’ve said something about it but nothing is being done but they are quick to walk around putting notices on your door dumpster fines. We are supposed to keep the smelling trash in our homes because they feel like fixing the dumpster. I didn’t even know that at all. Honestly I wouldn’t have moved here at all but I had no other choice being that I was transferring, my son and I needed somewhere to go move in quick. I’m tired of my home smelling like weed and cigarettes, I’m tired of paying for a dishwasher that doesn’t work. I was took advantage of and the staff at the front don’t even care."
"My experience with this property has been less than pleasant. I was in a position where I was desperately searching for a place to live, and this property advertised that had a unit opening up this year. I called and inquired from the office and they told me to apply. This property has consistently withheld information about their process from the very beginning. This property never informed me that my application wasn’t going to be processed when it was submitted, they instead placed my application on hold for weeks. Yet they still required a $200 hold fee. In the following weeks after submitting my application I found a better property that was readily available. So I went into the office directly and requested my application to be removed and my hold fee returned. The only thing I was informed was that “ they will be submitting my request for removal and I will see my money returned in 30-45 days. Welp, weeks passed by and now I’m receiving emails about open units, but when I state that I requested for my application to be cancelled I find out they never submitted the request for my application to be cancelled and fees redeposited. Their coordinator Amanda Morales, the one who reaches out about unit availability, informs me that the $200 hold fee has been forfeited because I cancelled my application, but if I had been denied it would have been returned. So I ask the question why wasn’t I informed of this weeks ago when I physically went into the office. Who’s front office staff already has a nasty attitude and seems to be bothered whenever approached with reasonable questions. Amanda Morales proceeds to state that she can’t speak on behalf of HER OFFICE STAFF? It’s honestly ridiculous as I never would have applied for the unit in the first place if I had been told that my application wasn’t going to processed right away. This all would have been avoided if staff communicated the whole process in an honest way. It’s the biggest scam I’ve seen by far. Don’t waste your time applying here unless you want to deal with nasty attitudes and get scammed out of $275. Update May 30, 2023: Reached out to the contact provided below and still have yet to receive a response."
