"If I could give ZERO stars I would. The WORST rental company around. Not only do they constantly lie when they communicate with you, but then they insist on arguing about how it’s an accident that they lie. They send in repair people that do mediocre work at best (repairs with duct tape) and they don’t care at all about how the house is maintained and what level repairs are done. They literally painted sinks that should’ve been replaced and refused to replace blinds that were broken and missing and over 20 years old. The owner is a vile human being with the worst attitude imaginable. I would never do business with this company if I was a homeowner or a renter. The most unprofessional business to deal with! Buyer, seller, renters BEWARE!!!!!! They also bill you for lawn maintenance when they don’t go to the property for weeks after you move out in the middle of summer and then claim you never mowed the lawn. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!"
"Our family rented from this organization for over eight years. In the beginning, it was a decent organization to deal with. As the years went on, we were asked to be home for inspections, and the people would never show up or call to say they weren’t coming. So of course we missed several days of work due to that, and there was never any apology or care given. We were recently told the owner of the home we’re renting wanted to sell they gave us exactly 32 days notice which in my mind any family should be given at least 60 days in that type of situation but I understand we signed a lease and it did have 30 days notice was to be given by either party. Now, 45 days after we moved, we finally received a check in the mail for the refund of our deposit of $2500. However, the check only came and it was $2000. They charge us for leaving trash behind which were things that were already in the garage when we moved in, shelves, etc. Things that in a rental home if they are on the property when you moved in, they should be on the property when you move out. Also, they charged $150 for lawn care and weed pulling. No before we moved in the owner of Kings Realty, my wife and myself walked through the home, and it was very clear that he had never been cleaned, the bathrooms were disgusting, and the yard needed to be mowed immediately even before we moved in which I did myself dragging all of my lawn equipment across town to do so. I also performed pressure washing of the entire property, pool area, driveway, sidewalk, etc. which took me three full days. This is an organization that cannot be trusted to not try to take it and steal money from its renters. It was always a very difficult to try to even communicate with them as no one has a cell phone. Apparently there that can receive text messages and they claim to email you things when they never did. The office secretary tells the owner that she emails people but never does to inform them of things and I myself mowed the lawn and trimmed four days before we moved out in this organization seems to think that renters are responsible for lawn care 30 and 40 days after they’re gone. Of course, we moved in the middle of the Summer, so anyone who lives in Florida knows that the grass grows to full length every five to six days. On principle alone, we will see you in court to get our $350 back. Deplorable to treat people who are paying so much money to rent a house that isn’t even close to worth it. In the bathrooms they had replaced the towel rack hole with PVC pipes from Home Depot and used paint to resurface the sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen. This is in a very exclusive neighborhood HOA in Springhill. Despicable!!!!!"
"I moved into my apartment in January of 2021 ,the owner sold the building in 2021 to someone and then that owner sold it to someone and they hired Kings realty to manage the building March of 2022 ,well they have kicked me and my daughter out for NO REASON,we pay our rent on time and have never been a problem to our neighbors, they refused to renew our lease, which is up 123122, this has been really stressful, it's the holiday and they don't care,they were very rude to me when I wanted to know why my lease wasn't renewed, They kicked me out at the Holidays time .They are heartless. Cruel and unsympathetic."
"I have used Kings Realty rental management company to rent out a home I own for over the past 7 years. They have been knowledgeable, communicative, and professional from the very beginning. I have had wonderful renters in my home - I have never had a problem collecting rent money. Also, I have not had any unreasonable repairs needed to my home in this time. Additionally, Madeline and the Kings Realty staff have been able to rent my home out for top dollar. Thank you all for your years of service!"
