Holiday Inn Express & Suites Spring Hill, an IHG Hotel

"Not our first choice regarding location, but first choice (closer) Holiday Inn was booked. A/C in room 303 was noisy, but shower was nice . Breakfast was fantastic, but very nice attendant was somewhat obtrusive. Had never seen tip jar before, either? Elevator was kind of scary: noisy and vibrated."

"From check-in throughout our stay the hotel staff & management has provided excellent customer service and exceedingly clean rooms. The rooms are well priced value as wifi, breakfast, was included. Our room has a Microwave, refrigerator and a smart TV with Netflix. We highly recommend this hotel to any one of our friends and/or family members who are looking for a restful night sleep in a clean hotel with great customer service. We're really impressed with the overall experience and the excellent leadership, competent management and excellent customer service this hotel provides."

"All excellent. Breakfast was real good and the service friendly. Except for the drop cloth over one large piece furniture which looked unsightly the atmosphere was clean and neat. Would stay here again."
