"Worst property management. Stay away, they are criminals. Collect their fee and never actually manage anything, we trusted them to check on our property as we live out of the country. A plus allowed the tenants to completely destroy and trash the house spent 10K cleaning and renovating and above all they are refusing to give us the security deposit. Main manager Kathy is impossible to reach, never available does not to respond to any issues."

"Disgusting and poor service! I wish my brother had checked the reviews of this company before he entered a rental agreement with them - sight-unseen! He and his family moved down from Virginia. We all arrived Thursday 1:30 am to find the yard uncut - over 2' high and full of fire ants (of which my brother is highly allergic). We opened the house to the smell of dog urine - half of the family has asthma and a rescue inhaler had to be used by half the family, including myself. We were tired from the road and went out to Wal-Mart real quick to buy Febreeze, thinking the smell would go away. It did not! The next morning we found dog urine on the walls in the two bedrooms that would be the children's rooms (children 6, 5, and 1 years old). Wasp nests all over the outside of the house (which again, my brother is highly allergic to), gutters filled with debris, pine needles, and weeds, the foundation of the house washed out in many places due to the gutters being full, the garage light doesn't work, and the side garage door frame rotting out and showing signs of flooding during rains. The inside of the house smelling horrible, the floors sticky and dirty, adhesive all over the tile by the carpet and dark with dirt, the filter of the A/C caked in dust and mold, the vents spewing out dust, the bathroom floors still having human urine stains, the faucets of the guest bathroom leaking, the toilets not filling up, ants and spiders throughout the house, plaster missing from the wall edges. Mold on the carpet on the back porch. It looks like no one cleaned the house since the last tenants moved out! We notified "A Plus" Realtor Management immediately and were told they would do a walk through on MONDAY (5 DAYS LATER), but were told to submit pictures and an email with the issues - which we did. Were still told that no one could come to check things out for 5 days! Three young children are expected to live in their rooms that have DOG URINE on the walls and soaked into the carpet? This company should be called "A Plus Slum Lords"! Don't worry, I will be sending a certified letter to the homeowner next to let them know what poor service they are getting on their rented home!"
