"I don’t write many reviews but I believe Crossroads Reality really deserves this one. Since being in contact with them they have made it a breeze as a new renter, in a new state. Application process was quick and to the point, moving in and signing the lease was even easier. Karen at the front desk has been more than helpful when I had any questions or concerns. I definitely look forward to calling their office if I have any problems In the future. They return calls quickly and treat us renters as a priority. Thank you Crossroads Realty for helping me find a place perfectly for me!"

"Front Desk: Karen is the best, fast response, friendly, and kind. If she does not know something she'll find the information or the person responsible for said subject. Lease writer: Linda is great, if you find her busy, don't worry, she will get it done. Maitenance: Super responsive, will do everything in their power to take care of the request. The company overall: My experience was them was great from day one, all requests were answered, they were very understanding and fair. One thing I will suggest to future tenants, double check any information you are given, make some phone calls and ask if said utility company covers the property before you start making trips to said company, this should be due diligence on your part as the tenant. It's not that the property managers are wanting to give you false information, they have a general list of providers for the area you will be living in, it's your responsibility to verify coverage and get these things turned on. If they got the wrong utility company simply call and say, "FYI, So and so company is the actual utility company for water/electricity/etc". Work together and build a good relationship instead of complaining."

"I have been leasing with this company since 2017. Linda, Katie and the others on the team have always been stellar in their service. The portal employed to place calls for service seems always attentive; very short wait times for a response. Once the call for service is received, the provider contacts me to a arrange a time to respond and resolve the issue. The leasing and renewal process is also convenient and smooth. All in all, this is a nice team, always there to answer my questions. Thanks Linda and Katie. Howard"

"I have read the reviews and I am able to see both sides of the comments. First, I would like to say that I do not have any friends or family that work at Crossroads Realty. Second, I think people forget that they are a company that technically is the middle man for renters and the owners. Which means they can not make any decisions without the approval of the owner. Crossroad’s Realty staff to include the maintenance staff have been amazing. I can not state that there have been any issues that they have not been able to resolve. This is the second time that I have rented a house with Crossroads Realty in my adult life and both times have been a blessing to me. Lastly, I wanted to thank all the staff for everything they have done to help and make sure that what is needed for the rental was taken care of and have always been a pleasure to work with."
