"Lived here 2 years. Was harassed and targeted by staff. Suffered relentless uncontrollable pest control problems. People here are obnoxious constantly. Rooms are bare bone and I don't have shelving space or the space or sunlight for plants. Constantly have to sort through old roommates things. Rent keeps rising but there are few investments in the property. Don't get an active dog here there's no fenced area"

"I was optimistic when I decided to live here even when reading the reviews already posted but I was greatly disappointed. I was given a room that had trash, mold, and a nasty musty smell. The roommates I was given were messy and had molded food in the kitchen with pots and pans just left out. This place has so much potential under better management and a level of respect between roommates. I will not be returning anytime soon."

"Read the negative reviews before signing here because I have found all of them to be true while living here. I moved in while I worked in Ocala for the summer and avoided this place as much as I could. The room I was given was already dirty, the furniture broken, and there was mold everywhere. The roommates are random and disgusting as well. There are constantly flies, cockroaches, and beetles because of all the food left out. The maintenance man and his wife were incredibly rude to me as well. The manager lady is clueless and only comes into your room to yell at you about messes like dishes and ignores the broken furniture and A/C units provided. DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"The apartments are absolutely disgusting. You get assigned a room with 3 other roommates. You share a bathroom with one of them. My boyfriend has a room rented at this apartment, he's never there because of how DISGUSTING the place is. There was a black widows crawling around that took them a week to deal with. The room mates cook and leave rotten food laying around the house., they give you furniture & we tried to have them take their desk but refused . The bathroom is absolutely disgusting mold all over, in the bathtub, pubic hair that was there before his pig roommates moved in.over all the most disgusting place I have ever seen. These reviews saying other wise must be fake. This place is so disgusting my boyfriend refuses to stay here and is excited to have his lease come to its end."

"My first dorm ever! I really liked people there. The office does great matching. You have a pool, club house, security guard during the night. You live in 4b+2bathrooms apt. (that you share with another person who is the wall across you), and a living room. Basically, EVERYTHING is included (water, electricity) with no cap or any limitations. In 2.5 years, there were no problems with A/C or breaking in, or unfair punishment for late payment. I mean, it is your responsibility to pay on time. It comes furnished- bed, new desk, chair, dresser, little coffee table, closet. I was happy with the price and what was given for it. The office is very helpful! The CFCC is RIGHT across the street, the gas station is right down the road (I couldn't afford the car for the 1.5 years so everything is a walking distance or you could easily ask your roommates/neighbors to give you a ride. People are soooo friendly and living for 2 years together they become a part of your life. FOR REAL! The only thing that I had a problem with was the process of breaking the lease... The punishment (how I call it) was pretty rough. You had to pay two months upfront and plus they take your deposit which is EQUAL the rent. In a contract it said they would take the deposit if anything is broken in apt.... my place was very clean, nothing was broken. So when it came to this point in the document, they said the BREAKING of the lease is equal to breaking something inside of the place. I mean, that was a pain =/ Good thing they offer month-by-month "contract", 9 months and 12 months.. So if you are unsure when you will have to leave... Do yourself a favor and sign the 1st type. =) I hope my review was helpful!"
