"Very wonderful property with an amazing staff. The facility is fairly new with up to date finishes and is immaculately maintained. Every worker we encountered was extremely friendly and very professional. Breakfast was good, well organized, and promptly stocked; coffee was very good. There were ONLY two things that keep me from giving our experience 5 stars: 1) It took a VERY long time for the water to heat for every bath or shower. I mean, like 5-10 minutes. At first, we thought this might have been a one-time thing, but it was consistent. 2) The pullout bed was really no bed at all; it was rock hard. It had an unusual way to transform from a couch to a bed, and the bed part was actually the bottom of the apparatus. It was very strange, but it was also hardly padded at all. VERY uncomfortable, and I expect many folks would not be able to sleep on it at all. You may have to go out and purchase a blow-up mattress. But if you don't need the couch for sleeping, this will be no problem. Unfortunately, we needed it, and it was not good."
"I was charged a pet fee for my service animals because they were not with me during my wedding and were left in the room. This is not only wrong but illegal due the the Americans with disabilities act. When asked for a refund of the pet fee, I was denied and told it was a hotel policy. Would not recommend not service animal friendly."
"The room smelled of pet urine, so did the second room. The bathroom in the third room was dirty and the extra bedding smelled of urine. It was late so settled due to exhaustion. I am the father of the guest. Upon learning of this disaster I called an was treated with smugness and was told we allow pets. She them hung up. I got in my golf cart and went to the hotel. She promptly called the sheriffs. They sent four officers. I guess it was a quiet night for the massive crime wave plaguing Marion county."
"The manager and her staff are the best at customer service and care. Empathetic to Each and every person who enters the doors of this incredible property. The rooms are ultra modern and so inviting. Every detail in the rooms are awesome. Kitchens. And supplies Bathroom to bedding exquisite. Comfortable. Quiet And the breakfast area is absolutely everything one can want. Fruits n yogurts. Or waffles eggs n sausages. Everything is just wonderful."
