"I stay here 2 times a year to visit family. I left today and as usual I was disappointed. Room needed to be vacuumed and it was in dire need of dusting. The breakfast is the absolute worst. I went to McDonald's up the road. They are building a new hotel I heard near Publix, I'll be staying there once it's built."
"Girl last night was ok! Killian or something! Not the best disposition. Not the one with the glasses though. But Melissa balanced everything out today at breakfast time. So grateful for feeling her work valued, I loved that. I would come back."
"No, no, no! Worst Choice Hotel we've stayed in and we are Choice members who stay often. Parking is horrible and cramped. The card key wouldn't work in the door properly. When we walked into the bathroom it smelled of a faint sewage smell. Bathroom was old, grout black and disgusting and looked as though it had not been cleaned in months. There was a huge clump of hair beside the tub and the floor of the tub was stained black. The so called breakfast was not fit for consumption. When leaving we were trying to pay for a bottle of water but the front desk clerk was nowhere to be found. When he finally came out from the back he was just rude. I really should have taken photos but we just wanted to get out of there this morning and honestly I don't often leave a review so it didn't come to mind. The only good thing is the bed was clean and comfortable. Will not be making this "choice" again."
"Room smelled like cigarettes. Not sure if it was the bedding or the room itself. There were no luggage carts to be seen the whole time we were there. Not the usual comfort suites comfort and convenience. Tried to tell the staff but no one was at the desk."
"This hotel is in a good location and I was hopeful based off the reviews and check in was fast. We stayed in 215 and upon arrival it had a very strong odor. The room was dirty and there was a used soap bar in the shower. There was an unknown substance on the wall next to the toilet. The positives were that it was pretty quiet over our two night stay. The beds were comfortable. They have a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. The breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast but the coffee downstairs was undrinkable. I don’t think we will stay here again just due to the lack of cleaning in the room."
