"You can tell this place is working on improving. The rooms are nice and renovated. They are taking measures to keep the rooms smoke free. Room was clean. Sheets were clean. It had a little bit of a funky smell, but you can tell they did their best to clean up whatever the previous guests had done or smoked. Overall a great place to stay on a budget."

"Our room had 1towel,half a roll of toilet paper sitting on back of toilet because the holder was broken. Security lock on door was a ring and screws. Room was big but nothing but a bed. No microwave or fridge, not even a box of tissues. Bums and hookers in lobby and on the grounds. Room smelled so bad we had to go buy car air freshners to clip on vents. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Wish I could give negative stars."

"This place was a total disaster! Booked my stay and called to double-check everything, but when I got there after a long drive, they had no rooms left! The person at the front desk was so rude and didn't even try to help. They just told me to call some other website for a refund. It was late at night, so I had to scramble to find another place to stay. They seriously need to get their act together here. Met some other folks outside who said this happens all the time!"

"Horrible customer service. Was treated as a dog in the street. First room 157 was nasty so we got switch to room 218 which was bad as well but we didn’t complain cause we was tired so we stayed in there. Next day we’re sitting outside smoking a cigarette n the hotel staff tried to search our room as if we had drugs. Told them our kids was sleep they didn’t care. Called cooperate because no one else was getting searched but us. The search happened twice. We was discriminated against and we spent our cash to stay there. We got a free night and got switched to room 105 which consisted of the neighboring rooms smoking inside of the rooms when the hotel doesn’t have smoking rooms. Told front desk and was nothing done. Was told that if we wanted to stay another night we had to get more than one room when it was just us and our kids which are toddlers. Manager was rude and nasty. Wanted to prove a point and didn’t even ask if we was okay or anything while we was there. No microwaves in the rooms or refrigerator. Front desk JP was sleep multiple times when I went to go get the key registered. Sad experience"

"I strongly suspect the owner of this hotel has paid for positive reviews (easy to do with companies in India). No one in their right mind would give this place a positive review. The images on the website are totally false. They look brightly colored and seem like somewhere you would want to stay. But the reality is there will be no table, no comfortable chair, no fridge, no microwave, no iron, no hangers, nothing... just a floor, a bed, and an old plastic lawn chair that was obviously bought used. They make a big deal of how it was recently renovated, but note the work in the images... if someone did work like that on your house you'd demand your money back.... paint drippings everywhere, rotten doors re-used, painted over damage to pretend it isn't there. And if the owners did renovate, they obviously didn't buy new linen as mine was stained in several places (see image). Overall, I would say people should only stay here in a dire emergency. Motel 6 was never known to be a high end place, but they were dependable for the basics. Their corporation should be ashamed of what's going on at this location. The website outright lies about what the rooms have and what they look like. The desk staff is pretty much powerless, as there were several people at the desk complaining about their rooms. This place is just nasty."
