"We have stayed in the penthouse at the Majestic Sun in Miramar, FL 3 times and it is just not worth the money. I had hoped that over the last several years of renting and repeated bad reviews, the owner would actually take the requests seriously and do the major updates this place needs. It is so run down it is sad because it really could be magnificent. We will not rent here again unless we see it has had major updates done. The furnishings and kitchen are so bad I would be embarrassed if I owned the property. We moved the next week two doors down and the place is beautiful, updated and clean!! On a positive note, Ocean Reef and the property concierge are great!!"
