"We had an issue getting checked into a different hotel that is previously booked. Ms. Michele at the front desk was SO HELPFUL and got us into a room last minute. The room as clean and cozy, room service came in and cleaned while we were gone and even folded the blanket my son brought from home. Thank you for the best experience!"

"Beautiful location, but bed squeaked loud enough to wake the dead, and room service ignored "do not disturb" sign. Desk called and pestered for a check out time well before check out was required (almost 2 hours before). Pillows were suffocating."

"Front desk didn’t greet/ acknowledge members on their status like other locations routinely do. Requested room service everyday, only got it on my last night even after daily requesting it. Daily had to get my own towels and throw away trash. Finally room was dirty, black mold in bathroom and had a broken head board. When this location first opened it was great. It is easily the worst hotel in the area. Do not recommend!"

"Some of the front desk staff were not friendly at all and did not acknowledge/ greet guests upon walking in or checking out. The house keeping staff were not friendly either . House keeping is complementary so if you need your room serviced, you have to request 1 day in advanced . We stayed three nights and did not request room service, but we did asked for extra towels and coffee , but some of the staff looked bothered when we asked for these things . Upon arrival , toiletries were not refill such as lotion, conditioner, and shampoo were almost emptied. The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable, my parents couldn’t sleep well and neither could I. A big bummer is that breakfast is not included. The positive thing is that the hotel is pet friendly. The hotel is NOT beach front , but it’s about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the hotel also offer a shuttle ( golf cart ride to the beach entrance which takes about 2 minutes to get there . The bartender was friendly and welcoming. The rest of the staff looks like they did not want to be there . We were not very pleased with our stayed there. I considered other hotels , but decided on this one thinking there contoneo breakfast was included , but it wasn’t !!."

"Not bad, not great. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, a grocery store, and several restaurants. Fitness center is clean with decent equipment, but didn't have any towels. The room was ok, the coffee maker was average, and there were no bath towels... notice a trend?"
