"I stayed here in October with my 2 kids and we LOVED IT!! From the attentive staff to the endless activities in the area we will be making this our new family vacation spot! We did not have to contact them for any issues during our stay however they made it very well aware that they were here for us if we needed anything. I reached out for a locals point of view on places to eat with the kiddos and they provided us with fantastic recommendations! They also informed of us their added fun partners which provided us with some of the coolest places around that we were able to use at a discounted price! 10/5 stars we consider My Vacation Haven a secondary family now!"

"This company is the absolute worst! We showed up to our house for vacation and the refrigerator wasn’t working. They did the walk through and the fridge wasn’t working so they brought us a mini fridge. A mini fridge for 7 people. Yes that was their solution. The customer service has been shocking. “Their “team” will make a decision,” has been their phrase every day. Nobody has been helpful and nobody cares. They plan to compensate us at the end of the trip. Yes the end of the trip where they offer us $100 off for not having a refrigerator for the entire week. Please never use them. (Update) Their response can be seen below. To shed light on their compensation comment they offered to give us $100 towards a future stay with him. The future credit will not be used. Athena handled our situation and was the worst to deal with. Good luck"

"What an amazing vacation! Our condo was in perfect shape and everyone at My Vacation Haven was so kind. From booking to leaving the condo, their team was so helpful and always answered any questions we had. Definitely booking with them again for our future vacation!"

"Recommend avoiding this company. We will not be staying at any properties managed by My Vacation Haven. We arrive to a very dirty house with mold and mildew growing in the shower. The property management company was contacted and told me they would send someone out the following day initially, but then stopped replying about this issue and no one ever came to re-clean the house. I ended up having to clean the house myself. It took 2 days for a Wi-Fi issue to be resolved. We were then charged for golf cart damages which we were not responsible for. We love the area Flipper Retreat is in and the house is a nice space but my family will not be staying here again. It’s a shame a nice house like this is being so poorly managed. Recommend avoiding this rental company."

"Seamless Experience with Vacation Haven for booking at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort I wanted to share my outstanding experience with Vacation Haven for our recent stay at the Westwards in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Although the booking process initially involved a third party and was frustrating, the moment we connected directly with Vacation Haven, everything became remarkably smoother. In hindsight, I regret not booking directly through Vacation Have from the start. The staff on the phone was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and most importantly answered the phone when I called (This is provably the most important since not being familiar with the resort, area or beach I had some questions). Their responsiveness and willingness to help made a significant difference in our overall experience. The unit we booked, (Westwinds unit 4753), was clean, had perfect serene decor, was comfortable and had the unit had comfortable beds. The attention to detail with the toiletries was a nice touch and helpful. Our experience with Vacation Haven was great, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a seamless, delightful vacation experience."
