"We had bayside view from our room. The view of Bay was great. We saw multiple fish, stingrays, and the best sunset over the Bay from our balcony. The pool is nice with a drink bar right next to it. There is also a shuttle that will take you to beach, Baytowne Wharf, or wherever you want to go on property. That was a good addition to not have to drive and find parking. Shuttle also runs to midnight. The beach here has clearest water you have ever seen. We will be coming back"
"Was great. We stayed in the Bayside. We had some issues with our room which took some time to resolve. Smoke detector was beeping, AC wouldn’t cool room below 76. Saw an ant in the room. Called the front desk many times over several hours and was told manager would contact us but no one did. Finally after sweating all night on next day we went down to the front office spoke directly with manager who addressed our issues and moved us to another room. Ultimately wasn’t a great customer service experience since we had to go to them but was happy they addressed our issues and moved us. Food was great no matter where you eat at. Other services like the shuttle, bikes, kayaks is great. Overall it’s a nice place to hang out and relax which is why we came. This is not a hotel but rather condominiums with conference areas. You can fish(catch and release), play golf which I heard was a great course."
