"I was shocked as soon as I entered. I received an email saying that the kitchen was under construction with flying flies, but I couldn't open the door to the balcony, and the window was covered with vinyl, so the outside background looked blurry, and the extra blankets were stored with cleaning tools, so it was hygienically dirty. could not use The living room ceiling construction was not finished, so the light was not installed, so it was uncomfortable because it was too dark when the sun went down."

"511E gross…the bed was very uncomfortable! Faucets in shower did not work. Look at the sheets, toilet and kitchen…nasty! A roach buffet. The smell of cat urine in every room. 511E Beware! Property maintenance came to repair and flooded the bathroom and part of the living room carpet. Roaches, dirty, lack of care…simply put just plain dirty. Rude! Rude! Property management was very reluctant to offer any assistance other than additional towels as solution. How about roach spray! Any options for relocation were not on the beach. We Left and found different accommodations."

"I came here last year and it was awful they were in the middle of construction the place think the pools were disgusting but I decided I would come back and I absolutely loved it it was so nice all the construction was gone it didn't stink my room was absolutely amazing I definitely recommend coming to the sunbird!! I will definitely be back next year!"

"Affordable stay, always love staying here. No parking decks to mess with, the staff is always a pleasure to do business with and very professional. Great location next to Pineapple Willy's and across the street from Walmart. I've stayed at the Sunbird at least 6 times over the years. Love it!"

"Clean and comfortable 3 pools a little bit of a hike to the room but fast and no issues during our 3 nights here has a water fountain show every night at 0800 pretty cool. We were happy had 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and washer dryer 2 full bathrooms great value and price"
