"This place is not worth it, a few times we saw a giant ROACH running across the floor to an open Crack big enough for it to crawl back in! The owner is very disrespectful, ride, needs training on how to act with people not of his world! We will never return cause the prices are always high on Friday-Sunday, not worth it! Bums hanging out, loud people, trash everywhere, maids cannot get sheets, pillows clean along with the nasty dirty floors!!! And tries to charge 2x on our card! Ya, right don't do it again!!"

"Pretty good stay. Parking lot needs a good redesign and the outside looks...unwelcoming, but the rooms were actually very clean and comfortable. Modern designs, comfortable king bed, walk in showers...not typical of a traditional Rodeway Inn. I was pleasantly surprised. While check in was fluid and easy, checking out with Zuzu was absolutely awesome. She was incredibly personable with great customer service."

"Stayed on 11/26/23 king size bed. the room floor kept feeling humid and every step you took it got dirty by the shoes( left a mark on floor). The air conditioner I set it at 65 due to that it was not keeping the room at a cool temperature. The room kept been sticky. The distance to downtown was not an issue at all. We did not need service at hotel."

"Very dirty hotel. Bathroom floor was peeling up. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking. A lot of drug activity on the property. Very obvious drug deals going on during the night. People going in and out of rooms at all hours of the night. Lots of arguing and slamming doors. Horrible experience. The first night we were there the people next to us were up all night arguing and when we went out of our hotel room the next morning we alerted housekeeping and the front desk that there was blood all over the ground and stairs and in front of our neighboring room."

"Located only 10 minutes south of downtown St Augustine. It was the most inexpensive option when I checked. Unassuming on the outside but the rooms were very impressive!! Modern interior, clean bedding, newly renovated bathrooms with modern design. Each room comes with cable tv with sports, microwave, coffee, two mirror areas, and hangers. Very friendly front desk agents as well!"
