"Location is good, local restaurants you can walk to. Girl on the desk suggested Sony's BBQ,5 minute walk, good spot. Very helpful. St.Augustine is only few miles away. It will be much easier when the road construction is done. Been here before with 30 ft trailer there was parking for us. We've stayed 4 times at this location, we'll definitely come again. Good job."

"Wasn't sure we were going to stay here after reading some of the reviews. However, a hotel with truck parking is hard to find in this area, so we gave it a shot. We were pleasantly surprised. It is an older hotel but nice. Bathroom was remodeled. Plenty of hot water. Room was spotless. No bugs. Hallway and stairways were clean. Outside grounds were well maintained. Staff members we spoke to were very friendly. Hey, it's not a Hilton, but we would stay here again."

"This is an interesting little hotel. The staff here are efficient and honest, but aren't necessarily friendly. The rooms are rather dim, albeit, it looks like the bathroom has been recently renovated. But the entrance way in our room where the long glass mirror was made it difficult to see yourself correctly, even with all the lights on in the room. The sliding glass doors in our room were especially off-putting; especially considering I got all of the light leaking from the bottom of the curtain from the parking lot lights outside and I couldn't even open up the sliding doors to enjoy some fresh air or load my car. Considering I was on the ground level, I kind of was expecting that. Also, don't expect for the walls to be sound proof at all; I could hear every time someone set a glass down on the table in the room next to me. Not to mention, the door in the main hallway outside of the room slams every time some one comes in, it was very unsettling. The outside decor was rather interesting and they do offer a light breakfast from 6-9 am. The parking lot was somewhat empty so that was nice."

"I will start by saying I understand this is a budget hotel, but my experience there was far from par. We stayed 3 nights and not once was the room serviced. We even requested service twice and a third time a worker cleaning rooms next to ours asked if we needed anything we said yes and still was not done. The mechanical locks on the doors did not operate properly, and the room was not the cleanest. I will avoid this hotel in the future."

"Stayed here. Was on top floor where their was a balcony. Clean bathrooms, clean rags, and towels. Nice decor as someone said before. Clean sheets and mini fridge as well. Only problem is that the water wasn't too hot as would like and they serve breakfast way to early and fast. Sorry but no one's getting up at 6AM everyday."
