"The place is falling apart and the attention by the hosts is terrible. I rented apartment 420 with Julieta and the fridge is not working, the place is completely dirty, we don’t have electricity and She is not answering our calls. Terrible experience, I don’t want anyone to go through what I did."

"The place was under construction, lots of noise and one day our water was shut off. Lots of things needed serious TLC. Water in the master took ~10 minutes to warm up. Not a great experience, will never go there again!"

"Condo was nice, but all the common areas are under construction. Very loud with hammering, jack hammers and saws during the day. Air BnB should make note of that"

"Building under construction .Very noisy . It is freezing in corridors. Even though we were renting through Airbnb and we had nothing to do with the Pavilion . They make you bring your luggages to the front door .They refused to give you back your car keys .Staff very rude and none of them speak a word of English . Very bad attitude completely different when you get there than when you leave. We were treated very badly from the valet manager we really felt under threat . Be careful this place is not welcoming and far from being a piece of mind for vacationers ."

"This hotel looked extremely run down, besides the lobby. Between the lobby and the actual rooms and hallways, you would think it is 2 different facilities. Stains are all over the floor in the hallways, there are no ceiling tiles visible, and there are yellow commercial grade string lights going down the entire hallway for lighting. Do NOT get caught walking down the hallway to the BEACH with no cover up over your bathing suit because apparently that is against their rules. The room was ok, but there were very little bath towels, no washcloths, and not many utensils and dishes to use. Also, there was absolutely NO cell phone service in that hotel. We were unable to make phone calls or even send text messages. I personally would not stay here again."
