Courtyard by Marriott St. Augustine I-95

"We were just needing an overnight stop on our trip. This hotel was absolutely perfect. Convenient off of 95, Front Desk personnel were so friendly and helpful and the service at the Bistro was spot on!"

"I’ve stayed here a few times. Each time I’m supposed to get a room with a Sleeper chair and they end up giving me the tiny little room with just a bed. The air conditioner never shuts off. Sounds like a jet engine taking off.. It also somehow cannot cool off this tiny little room. This has happened every time I stayed here. The gym is tiny and doesn’t have very much in it. On the plus side the TVs are really big and nice and so is the front desk. The location is really good too . I don’t think I would stay here again though. Can’t sleep with the air conditioner situation."

"Stayed here for a day when visiting St. Augustine. Location was quite nice, and staff were great. (Big shoutout to the staff who was working the bar/cafe area by herself - she was slammed working everything herself, but the food was delicious and she was very friendly and accommodating). The room itself was okay with lots of space, but the pull out couch was super uncomfortable. It almost would've been better to sleep on the couch - this is mainly the reason for the knock of a star. Other amenities were decent, and we used the outdoor hot tub there, which was very nice."

"Totally enjoyed our overnight stay. We went to St Augustine to see the lights. This is a great location. Just outside of the downtown congestion and easy to get back on I95 if that's how you arrived. The hotel is clean and quiet. Our room was ready and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pricing is also reasonable. We would definitely stay there again."

"Checked in early and given room 310. AC did not work so we were given room 308. Found bug bites after being in room 310. Not sure if they were flea bites or bed bugs. If this hotel has AC problems and haven’t resolved them hoping you don’t notice it is not cooling, shame on Marriott. I have over 200,000 points and was very disappointed in the property. Staff was excellent. Prices for food and coffee were out of line with the area. Go to The Spot for breakfast. Eat at The Schooner for dinner."
