"Front desk didn’t answer, i couldn’t get help in finding a room there, if that place even exists?"

"The worse customer service, called to speak to the manager and the lady at the front desk who didn’t speak Spanish lied and said he wasn’t there when I had just got off the phone with him, then when I asked for his name she said she couldn’t give me that information, I asked if this was the hotel I was calling for and she said no and hung up, the worse customer service I have experienced. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Just plain awful and rude. If I could give zero stars I would."

"The place is a dump, the rooms smell like mold, the rugs in the hallways were filthy , I stayed there for a month meanwhile my apartment was being remodeled , one night I showered and dressed to attend dinner with a friend nearby, my friend told me my clothes smelled like mold. I was embarrassed, I was also upset because I paid one thousand dollars to stay in a cheap motel inside of a tiny room that smelled like mold and my room had roaches in it. The staff is full of incompetents who only treat Spanish speakers with good service meanwhile ignoring the needs of none Spanish speaking guests. I am offended and I can't recommend this place even though I've been told the owner is a great person but his personnel are running the place to the ground."

". i was in February 2017 Horrible . Terrible...discusting. The front desk people specially the woman name Alba discriminate, doesn't even have common courtesy. Cero customer service. Rude, the place is dirty. ...I don't understand how can they away treating some persons like garbage. To have this employees tells me a lot about their owners... they don't care. "this shitty hotel was meant for hook-ups and drug dealing. great if you're into that sort of thing. most of the residents are either on drugs or bringing in prosititutes by night. the guy at the front counter always smelled like weed when i ask for a question which i will receive lazy to useless answers. also not a safe place. 2 people have died since i've stayed there. maintenance will do nothing about the apocalypse of bed bugs scouring through each room. they'll just give you new sheets filled with them. and if you don't accept them and complain about it they'll just tell you that you brought them. Disgusting place and rude manager."
