"People from Hillsborough County and everyone else. Do not come to this location or maybe any other location. These people are scammers. I spent 5-600.00 on my truck. On tie rods. Just came from another shop. And they told me it was not the tie rods. So I spend all this money on the wrong part. And they told me nothing after I left. By the way these are new people in that shop."

"I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Olin Mott Automotive Services. I brought my vehicle in for what I was told were necessary repairs to the crankshaft sensor and catalytic converter. After four days, I was informed that the work was completed, only to find myself back at square one less than a week later. Upon returning, I was told by Darin, one of their staff members, that the issue could no longer be fixed. This left me perplexed and frustrated, considering the initial diagnosis and supposed repairs. To add to the disappointment, when I inquired about a possible refund due to the persisting problem, I was met with rudeness and a flat-out refusal from Darin despite my vehicle still misfiring after their "supposed fix". This lack of accountability and refusal to address the ongoing problem not only reflects poorly on their professionalism but also leaves me questioning the integrity of their services. I expected better from a reputable automotive service center like Olin Mott. Unfortunately, my experience has left me with unresolved issues and a sense of dissatisfaction. If this issue is not going to be resolved regarding my refund I will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow!"

"We just installed some Michelin RV tires and folks here were great. Karl is a master at multitasking (they stay busy), very professional and knows commercial truck tires. He made some very sound recommendations (which we followed) and we got the tires I wanted at a great price. We also had them check the alignment after tire balance and install. It was all done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place and will bring my future business here."
