"I hired Mrs. Erin Speyer on January 31, 2022, in the hopes that she would help defend me. In both instances, she has breached her fiduciary duty and has caused me great harm as her client. When I hired Mrs. Erin Speyer, I paid her a $2000 retainer fee. I asked her then what her rate was and she told me that it would vary depending on the task at hand. I assumed she would send me a billing statement outlining the billable hours and rates. When she never did, I requested for her to do so. She ignored all of my multiple requests and has still not sent me a billing statement. The following is how Mrs. Erin Speyer treated me wrongly as a client: - She refused to respond to my legal questions that I repeatedly asked her over multiple emails (~10+ emails were sent). - She refused to send me a billing statement and did not return any of my $2000 retainer fee. - She refused to update and discuss the details of my case management even though I asked her repeatedly via email to do so. - She ignored the vast majority of all my calls and emails, and the rare occasions that she did respond, she was impatient and hasty — rushing me through the call and literally only speaking to me for a few minutes. She never gave any of my retainer fee back to me. And she never answered the legal questions that I had asked repeatedly. I am writing this Google review so others know the truth about her. We all deserve to be treated fairly, justly, and respectfully."
