Granted, we were shopping for a desirable car, but we drove an hour and a half to see completely different numbers than what we saw online. "This place and the management that runs it are terrible. My fiance bought a 2019 Chevy Sonic with low miles, to use as our new family car. 2 weeks into owning this thing, it broke down in the middle of Tampa. It was towed back to the dealership here and sat for a week before anyone even touched it. When it was finally opened up and looked at, complete engine failure was the diagnosis we were given, so great the new car we bought will now never run again. After this, my fiance has been locked in a battle with this dealership over trying to get back the $13K we spent. This dealership violated the state lemon law and now they're refusing to make it right, they're dragging their feet and coming up with every excuse to avoid being a good, responsible business. I recommend that absolutely no one should buy a used car from these swindlers. My review will stay up until these people give us back the $13K they owe us."

"Service defines a dealership I have been in the market for a new vehicle. I bought two vehicles over the last two years and was looking for another soon. I was wanting to replace my little Fiat with something special. Unfortunately, keys were lost for my fiat and I needed replacement keys to get it ready to replace. When most cars would cost between $1 and $100 for new keys, the key replacement cost me over $1700 when it was all done. It also took months to get the keys and BCM part from Fiat. While I was quoted a price much lower, over the months waiting for the part, my costs for everything went up 50% as well. When I balked at the fees, one of which was labeled “shop fees”, the representative was not able to give me an explanation for what those fees were about. Instead I was told “every shop adds extra fees” and “ you are a doctor right? You add fees”. When I told him I did not add fees and had a straight up hourly fee, he didn’t respond. Unfortunately, I would will not be buying a new car from this dealership. If I can not get reasonable costs and a responsible explanation for simple questions about what “shop fees” include, or why my quoted costs kept rising, then I have no interest in giving them any further business."

"My Sales Associate Randall has provided me with world class service since I initially came in to test drive the Cadillac Lyriq. While I was initially an online order, Randall has been responsive whenever I would check in on the status of my order. He even offered alternative options when I expressed the urgency of my need for a vehicle sooner rather than later. I ended up upgrading my selection to from a Luxury I to a Sport that was on the lot and I am so pleased with my purchase. Randall walked me through the process with ease and has always been available to assist even when I needed to leave my car to charge at the lot while I was waiting for my in home installation. The finance team was also a delight to work with. They made sure to explain all my options and informed me of additional upgrades to help me maintain my car even after leaving the lot.
