"When closing, they seemed to prefer & "push" wiring the money to our bank accounts, versus having the official check at the closing table, and no specific individual amounts were in writing (the closing was between my 2 siblings & me, and had been discussed since October, its now Dec) So during closing I specifically asked if there would be a charge for the wire fee at MY bank, and was told "no". Only to have been charged $15.00 at my bank for an incoming wire. When I asked about it, their reply was "they" weren't going to charge me. (That's not what I asked at closing). The sales pitch was take the wire, because if not, we could have it MAILED to us, or, drive BACK to their office to pick up the check, after 4pm (closing was 11am) ....you know...official checks that should have been at the closing table. This is not my first closing. Not impressed with the closing nor their problem resolution and customer satisfaction."
