"I been with them for a long time. The customer service has decline. They use to send you reminders for renewals and contact the client, but now they lack on calling back. Provide the service you really need, the help that you need for renewals. They had renewed me with giving the call back and information I wanted. I had no other choice.. I just renewed after chasing them down. I had to have my husband go to the office and that still did not work.. had to wait and keep calling them to get answers. It was not like this before. I just renewed but I am considering going else where."

"Isabella is very rude, and unprofessional. She told me “I should learn how to pay my bills” when I asked her why wasn’t I informed about a previous payment. She is rude every time I have spoken with her. I’ve been a customer of there’s for about 3 years. And she is the only one that is this rude everyone else is great. I also asked to speak to the manager which she didn’t put the manager on the phone she wanted to argue with me instead. Because of this they will loose a loyal customers. And she was the assistant manager"
