"my teenage son's tire went flat right in front of this shop. my husband and I were both working. the gentleman helped my son get back on the road in no time. he didn't have the tire in stock and went next door to purchase the tire from midas and even though it was almost closing time he took care of my son in need and the price was reasonable. My family will always share this story with anyone. We will also start bringing our vehicles here for repairs. thank you isn't sufficient! this mom's heart was relieved that you took great care of getting him back on the road."

"The mechanic I spoke with on the phone seemed friendly enough, but their services are crazy EXPENSIVE!!! They wanted double the $$$ for a radiator replacement, compared to our local mechanic. When I told them the rate our local guy was charging, they said "it's worth about that" meaning even he acknowledged that their own rates are too high. It's cheaper to pay their crazy diagnostic fee, pay for a tow, and pay our local mechanic, than pay them for their service. Unfortunately our van broke down in Brandon :( It sucks that we lost a day without a vehicle becuase of their exorbitant fees."

"I had a problem with my car getting stuck in park back in Oct and so had my car fixed while I was traveling to FL. Unfortunately in Nov same issue came up. I took my care into Elite and they did a review of what had been done and found out that the other place only fixed 1 issue but there were 2 things causing the problem so they ordered the part, which came within a few days and installed it in 30 min. Very kind, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend them."

"I had my Goodyear tires installed here after I ordered them online and had them shipped to this location for installation. It was easy to make an appointment online, the place is clean and friendly and they took my car on time. I was done in less than an hour. But when I got home, I looked at the tires to register them and saw that the size didn’t match what I ordered. The correct tires were 225/50R18 but these were 235/45R18. I don’t know if Goodyear sent the wrong tires or if Elite mixed up my tires with another order but it cost me a huge headache trying to get the right tires. I had to call Goodyear and make another appointment to come back to the Goodyear service center to get the right tires and waste a whole day at their busy location. Elite could have spared me this inconvenience if they had checked the tires matched my order before putting them on my vehicle. Even if Goodyear sent the wrong ones, Elite should have checked them."
