"This was my first time buying home insurance. I told Diana Erb the purchase price (250k) and square footage (1200) to get a quote. I am not a Florida resident so I expected to pay more than a full-time resident. I was quoted $3400/yr and paid that for two years, until my neighbor said that was way too much. My neighbor's insurance agent explained that I only needed insurance for the replacement of the home (150k) not 250k which included the value of the land. The premium dropped to $1800 a year with the other agent!! I over paid $3200 for the insurance with Diana Erb. At the time, I should have called around for more quotes; however, a true insurance professional should have explained replacement value to their client."
