"If I could I would give them no stars. This is the third time they have not go through with my request. Six months ago I asked for something to be done with my homeowners. They sent me paperwork and had me sign the paperwork. So I thought it was done. To my horror it was not and I was told I should look into other options because they could not do much. This is not the first time that I had a request and they didn't follow through. I would avoid this company if I were you. Shortly after I posted this review I heard from them and since then they have re-staffed. Thanks to Shelly and the owner I will be staying with the Briggs Family Insurance Services!"
