"Thank God I read the reviews. I was going to purchase a bedroom set from this company, the price that’s online isn’t the price in the store. I was talking to one of their associates he gave me a price over the phone for a used set, but I guess they didn’t have that item in the store.I proceeded to go ahead with the new set but the promotion that was online or in the store wasn’t valid.I noticed I was going to pay a lot more. I called RAC to remove the mattress, the manager said she was going to call me back but she never did. I decided to call back no answer or return call, it’s been two days and no one return my calls. I proceeded to go on google to read the reviews,I can really say Im glad I did, I will not proceeded with the order a company with a 2.8 star review should not be in business. I dealt with this company before years ago I thought it got better but seems as if it’s getting worse I’ll find a different responsible company or pay cash."
"Please please please do not deal with this location. This review is not for rental center as a company just particular location at 441 and 199th in Miami Gardens. Let's start with the fact that I ordered my product and they said it wasn't at their location but they were going to order it and call me back which never happened. Whenever you need an update their answer is let me look into it and we will call you back. Moving on to delivery date, almost a month later I had to call several times to ask what's up with scheduling for a delivery. Directly I was told we're going to be there on Friday at 5 p.m. call several times for an update , manager said that they would be their latest by 6 p.m. I took off of work a little early to make sure I was available and to make sure my boyfriend was available. After waiting until 7 p.m. delivery Never happened. When I call to ask why they didn't just tell me they weren't coming he said he thought that we scheduled for Monday. #lies I was frustrated so I said I'll call back on Monday so we can move forward. For the experience he said that he would add the computer I wanted free for 2 weeks because of the delay and my patience. On Monday when it was time to deliver I called it was transferred to the same manager who said he would waive 2 weeks now tell me that I would have to make another payment which they have money from the first order I was still waiting on. I explained that that's not a problem but why not tell me that? With no apologies he kept repeating repeating we need another payment first. Again I say not a problem but can you at least show some remorse for almost a month delay and bad communication Plus lack of detailed information. Never got that apology. Instead 5 minutes after getting off the phone I got a phone call from the same manager saying he's choosing not to do business with me. Okay no problem can I have a refund. The store manager: associate angel says you can come by the store to pick it up. I declined and said I do not want come in the store to meet with you guys in the middle of a covid-19 crisis Plus I don't want any confrontation with anybody. I paid online so there's no reason why you can't refund my money that way. They agree. 2 weeks later no refund so I called and requested again. Manager says you have to come into store to get the refund. Again not holding up their end of the bargain. The store manager Unapologetic, narcissistic, rude and does not value customer service as a priority. No customer after being patient for several weeks should have to deal with that kind of treatment. Now it is 2 months later and I still haven't received a refund. At this point I have to contact corporate and make a complaint. Forcing me to do something that is not even the type of person I am. It's crazy how you can be such a understanding and calm customer and the minute your stress your frustration after being delayed and lied to for almost a month there is no remorse , consideration for my time and energy. Again I say please if you are the type of person who tries to avoid drama and negativity at all cost going to this location will definitely change that. This is the trigger 4 definitely testing one's patience. Save your energy."
