"Cabinet quality and customer service are good, but 'easy returns' is far from the way I'd describe that process. We tried to return and exchange the original cabinet we ordered because it doesn't fit with the room, but it turns out you have to totally coordinate the process yourself (researching companies to package/palletize, dock-to-dock ship, etc.)- and it costs anywhere from $1000-$1500. The company I found who offered to do everything themselves quoted me just over $1400 (before taxes), and the only hope of bringing total cost closer to $1000 is to call and coordinate multiple vendors. It was a substantial headache. Unless you're absolutely positive the piece fits & coordinates, be prepared for major effort & costs to return or exchange."
