From the moment we walked in the door, to leaving. He was so knowledgeable and had no problem answering any questions we had. He even put the stroller together for me which was just awesome. "Purchased the Agio Z4 from their site a month or so ago! We received it within three weeks, and it’s in perfect condition. When we ordered, we purchased a blue car seat & black stroller, so they reached out to us to confirm we wanted the different colors since usually people try to match colors with matching parts. The store was very communicative, and when we called to inquire about our purchase, they called us back within 24 hours. Overall, a very good experience, and while we didn’t see the store in person, we very much liked our online experience and the service from afar!"

He was beyond amazing, along with his wife Suzy. I picked out a set that I really loved and because he only had the crib available new from his warehouse, he offered me the floor sample (his only one) which was in PERFECT condition without hesitation. "Found Bellini Baby on google and ordered baby furniture about 7 weeks ago. We are very happy with the delivery time frame of the crib, dresser, and rocking chair considering covid and holiday season. They were very helpful in store and always answered any questions I had over the phone. They also had the UPPAbaby stroller and car seat in stock, which we had a hard time locating.
