"Okay thrift store. But the female employee wasn't very kind. I asked to hold this glass bowl at the front while I went to look at clothes. Just so I didn't drop it while shuffling through the racks. And she said no use a cart. We only hold large things at the front. I couldn't use the XXL carts due to a back injury. They're too big to push and turn for me. So I just bought the bowl and left. Wish there was a more understanding person."

"I can’t even believe what just happened to me this morning! I found two crosby sterling silver candle holders and they were not barcoded. So I brought it upfront to see what I can get for that and I would’ve paid a lot for it because I know that they were silver, although I thought they were silver plated. Nonetheless even if it was silver they were out on the shelves and they should be sold to me. The cashier called a manager up front and her name is Catherine i believe and she took the candle holder sticks from me and said that they do not sell sterling silver. how in the world can that be? I can show you all the things that I have found in Goodwill throughout the years that are sterling silver. I am a reseller and I am extremely upset about this I have contacted corporate. I do understand that she might have to take it to the back and have it barcoded and then bring it back out within 24 hours. However she said that it had to be sent out. That’s OK too I guess but telling me that they do not sell sterling silver? in what planet? And who does she think she is! I guess I will need to stop shopping here. I believe she just wanted to take it all for herself. I get it, they get first dibs. Goodwill workers should not be allowed to resell or purchase anything there DUE TO CONFLICT OF INTEREST!"
