He took us to every single dresser matching our requests. Felt like we walked for miles as he pointed each one out for us. Daniel was so knowledgeable and patient. He knew the showrooms in and out. The piece was delivered yesterday and the driver was polite and right on time! Kudos to these employees. The only complaint I have with Ashley/City Furniture is the phone system. It is impossible to speak with a live person and that is frustrating as a consumer."

"Very nice showroom with many options. I purchased a table and chairs, but a family member informed the same set was being sold on Amazon and another site for approximately 30% less than what I paid. I called the sales rep within 24 hours but they would not price match, however they did give me a hassle free full refund. I would shop here again but check the online pricing before making a purchase. I did not realize Ashley sold to third party, but I do now and will check pricing on Amazon and other sites to make sure I’m not overpaying. Good luck."
