"Horrible. I barely set a foot in the door and the ladies up front were glaring at me. I said what I needed and once I said it was for clothing they shot me down. Like damn at the least you could’ve helped me look around, I’ve used upholstery fabric for structured garments before but they didn’t even let me look into the store proper. They just stared at me and rather than saying that it’s fine and i could look for what I needed in my owe I just took the hint that I wasn’t welcome and left. Never going in there again, even if they had the exact fabric I need."

"Great choice of fabrics. Once had Terrific customer service. Once had drapes made that were gorgeous. Had chair reupholstered, that came out beautiful. Used them again in 2022. Not who they used to be. Awful customer service. Waited forever for more fabric when they didn't have enough. Design really poor. Only did panels in most places. Should have done drapes. Only did half of one room, and waited for more fabric. Ended up with it one hanging poorly. Would never use them again.Spent a fortune."

"I had a wonderful experience at Boca Bargoons! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Celine who immediately answered my questions and helped me to select a Sunbrella Fabric. Exactly what I wanted and within a few minutes of my arrival. I ordered the fabric, to my surprise Chelly called the following day to tell me the shipment had arrived. Great customer service all around by two lovely ladies. The store is gorgeous with so many beautiful fabrics. I highly recommend you shop at the Boca location."

"Please save your money and go elsewhere! I ordered custom curtains three years ago from Elaine. After paying, Elaine measured my windows and sent someone to put up the curtains but turns out she made incorrect curtain sizes and said they will redo the order. To date they have delivered nothing and and give every excuse not to not refund me. It’s three years later, they took my money and never provided me with any curtains!"
