"Update: As of 2/10/24 No Pedro or his team followed up with me as stated in City Mattress’ reply below. I’ve bought a few beds from here in the past. I came in a few weeks ago and wanted to follow up with The girl I spoke to on the phone to buy another bed. When I came in this lady was totally disrespectful and she shuffled me off to Lori. Lori saw it all happen and she couldn’t believe it either. I don’t know her name but I did call Pedro last week and I highly doubt he did anything about it. Anyway, I’ll buy my mattress somewhere else. Thanks guys!"

"City Furniture warranty department has failed to replace bed which was under warranty and their technician indicated the bed had a mfg defect and would need to be replaced. Warranty dept stated I would get a new bed. Time and time again claimed they were on backordered. However they were advertising and selling the same bed room sets to new customers. Although bed was under 3 year warranty still have not received new bed. Nor any any satisfactory compensation. Unbelievable. Calling corporate office asking for leadership instead call forwarded to warranty dept"
