"Store is beautiful and we love the look. We ordered a 2 piece sofa, a chair and a large rug. The rug we ordered came damaged so we couldn't accept it. The chair is wearing poorly after only 2 weeks. I have spoken with the Boca store several times. Our salesman is no longer there. The manager sent our email on to the concierge but we have only received an auto reply email in response, which was on January 25th, nearly 3 weeks ago. We won't accept the new rug now because we have no faith in a brand that won't try to understand a problem and work with the customer to resolve it. So disappointing to us. We thought we found our niche in the furniture world. But now we say Buyer Beware."

"I am remodeling my home and have been working exclusively with RH. However, in researching I found two items at Arhaus that I was interested in. I went in the late afternoon and walked around the store one time, as I had never been to the store. I began my second loop around the store and no one approached me to see if I had any questions or needed help. I searched and found someone to help me, sitting at a desk, but she was on the phone. When she got off the phone, she did not look at me or inquire if I needed help even though I was pulling samples of fabric off the shelves. I left that room and went to find someone else to help me. He was kind and did help me locate what I came to see. After a few questions about their products which he couldn’t answer, he went to ask the first lady that I encountered at the desk. She finally began speaking to me from across the room, never introduced herself, and never stood up while attempting to give me the answers to the questions I asked the male sales clerk. Seeing that we were about twenty feet apart I had to ask her to stop talking because I could not hear her. I had to walk over to her as she still would not stand up or introduce herself. She gave the impression that I was bothering her and she had better things to do. Shockingly and unfortunately, she was the manager. The customer service in this store is pretty non existent and the manager needs to be schooled in proper etiquette. I was absolutely astounded by her lack of knowledge and experience in the role of being a manger and representing what appears to be a high end brand. I have been to RH over dozen times in the past five months and every individual is immediately greeted by someone and the level of care and attention to the customer is excellent. I would suggest employees at corporate for Arhaus go to their store and observe. Afterwards I would suggest they go to RH to see how much training they need to do…"

"Our house is furnished with all Arhaus pieces!! Yesse (Boca Raton location ) has made our home into a masterpiece!! She is the absolute best and we will continue to utilize her skills as we progress in our home renovations !!"
