"Great experience here. They were the only ones in a 30 mile radius that had the socket in stock that I needed to complete a job. As a mobile mechanic it’s good to have multiple locations I can go to to find what I need in a pinch. I’m a long time fan and supporter of some of their competitors however I am warming up to Napa and their products and service. The staff was in a good mood and they are quick and efficient.was in an out in about 10 minutes after I spent an additional 8 minutes staring at the absolutely massive wall of socket choices."
"Not very helpful! Counter person didnt speak very good english! Ask him to measure a fan belt but refused to even look.. just kept saying "no have". Phone rang which he answered and was on it for 5 mins. After phone call he directed me to go to main warehouse to see if they had it. Found belt at Ace hardware 2 mins away!"
"Placed online order and received email the next day that the order was ready for pickup. Arrived at store and find out they didn't have it and were out of stock on the items. Ended up canceling order. This is more of a complaint about NAPA's online ordering with store pickup."
