"Love this store and loaded with aftermarket products for the vehicles in your life. Helpful staff and I needed some things that were not readily available on the showroom floor...so the friendly store staff ordered exactly what I needed so I could return to pick it up later. I returned another time looking for a special battery and again the staff placed my order and I was able to get what I needed. They have a broad selection of car seat covers and floor mats. I'd recommend this location and the service staff. Autocraft definitely has my vote for either standard parts at a good price or special order items. Check it out."

"This place is a joke took my car in to have a new door put on and painted, I had to call them to see if my car was ready after a week go to pick it up the paint job was bad had the manger come out to look. Gives me so bull reason why it looks like that and to come back in 10 days, then come to find out they didn't put my door on right and my 3 year old son opened the door while I was driving cause the lock on the door did not work right because they didn't put it on right. So I take it back and they tell me it would be ready by Monday ( 5 days later) I call Monday to find out my car still isn't fixed!!! No email, text, call nothing once again I had to get ahold of them to find out anything about my car. So once again I get some bull reason why my car isn't done. I tell them to take my car to the Audi dealer so my car can be fixed right!!! They drop my car off to the deale with a new gouge in my door and the inside of the back door and seat where my son sits complete trashed and dirty with body shop dust and paint !!!! I called geico and asked how they could recommen such a horrible company to repair their customers car!! I'm waiting to hear back from geico about this but I would never take my car back to this shop and I will tell anyone and everyone never to use them too!!! I have pictures of everything and I will gladly show anyone and everyone of the horrible job they did and how they left my car after I asked them to take it to Naples audi so it could be fixed right!!!"

"Absolute WORST unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my LIFE. I don't know where to even start, for starters I have never took my time to write a review for a service not even a negative one but Auto Craft provided such a horrible experience that I have no choice but to let everyone know what they are getting into. It took them about SEVEN TIMES for my car to be ready because they couldn't do it right the first six times and guess what...the job is still incomplete. I have brought in my vehicle and it required about $10,000 worth of damages, it took them a month to "fix" it, when I arrived to pick it up the first time you can see easily how they painted over the front bumpers and back, it was too easily noticeable so I left the car for them to fix it the RIGHT way. They call me back in about a week and say it's finished, I come back to see the car and nothing has been changed...it is in the same exact condition it was when they first told me to come back....unbelievable so I told them to fix it right. Third time they call in about a week later again I come back to grab my car, only to notice that the back bumper still looks like it was easily painted but the front was done right, I don't know who in their right mind would do this or what kind of IDIOTS worked on this car, but I told them that the back bumper needs to match the front so it isn't visible. Week or 2 later I come back the FOURTH time, finally everything seems like it looks great so I take my car back, later that night I discover that one of the headlights is different color from the other...so once again I am forced to bring the vehicle back to Autocraft and have them fix the light.....Another week goes by and they call me, as I show up to the shop FIFTH time and take a look at my vehicle, NOTHING has been changed. The lights were still different color from each other and it's exactly in the same position as it was, also the side bumper was starting to come off too. I know these people are idiots but I didn't know they were complete idiots. Absolutely unbelievable how they can say a car is "ready" but didn't even inspect the job, you call these people professional????? I leave my car there so once again I get a call back a couple days later and finally come back to get my car, finally they figured out how to do something simple like put the correct light bulbs together so as I take my car back, the next day I notice that the same bumper I asked them to fix is coming off...YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME. Everyone please beware of these idiots and the way they do business, it is unprofessional and lacks any supervision, it took me 6 times to get my car back and they STILL didn't finish the job, I am taking my car to another body shop and insurance companies are also aware of this "company". It is absolutely unbelievable as to what I went through and the garbage service they provided. I wouldn't waste my time writing a review unless I was either completely over the top satisfied or dissatisfied, in this case I was MORE than dissatisfied, people stay away and do not go through what I did."
