"Whatever you do... do NOT waste your money on the dual temp by sleep number. We bought these when we bought our new VERY Expensive sleep number Mattress. Stopped working after 1 year and one month. Called company who said to take it to store.. packed it up and went in.... gal working was rude and said i wasted my time bringing it need to go home and call customer service. There was not a sole in the store, yet she seemed annoyed to have to put her book down. After waiting on hold for a very long time they say no warranty and no repair, that they can't help us, and that the only option is to REPLACE at full price to us, not even offered a discount on new! I researched after the fact and reviews say this happens often. They used to offer two years warranty but stopped... likely because their 800$ upgrade ( per side, 1600$ total) is only built to last one year. STAY AWAY from this company and find one with some integrity!!"
