"We paid a premium for "Performance" fabric that began piling only 2 weeks after delivery. Unfortunately Bassett does not stand by their product. I found it condescending that all they offered was a google page on piling and a gleener as a "courtesy" which I never recieved. To Bassett...FYI..I am aware that piling only happens days after sitting on a chair if the fabric is sub par, or in other words "CHEAP"."
"My husband and I visited the Estero store after purchasing a vacation home. We were greeted by Kim Moore. Kim is amazing, kind, thoughtful and a talented designer. We only had a short time before we had to leave for the airport, but in that time, Kim listened to what we wanted, she showed us some key pieces, we made a few decisions with her help and they we had to leave to return home. Kim emailed us pictures of fabrics, pillows, and rugs and she pulled our ideas together to great a home we could not be happier with. Kim went above and beyond staying in touch, keeping us informed with delivery schedules and actually being at our home to receive the furniture and place it where it belongs. Words can not express how happy we are with Kim and our Bassett Furniture. We have more to do to decorate with wall art, window treatments, and personal touches and Kim will be our go to person. "We had been to 8 furniture stores before arriving at Bassett. Our experience at Bassett was fabulous. Jean and Richard were both knowledgeable, fun and kind. They both showed us bedroom furniture options, made suggestions, helped us pick colors and never pushed us into making a decision. When we decided what furniture we would go with, the process was great. They had the most bedroom furniture selections and options out of all the stores we went to. The quality of the furniture is superior. We would HIGHLY recommend this fantastic furniture store and ask for Richard or Jean. Can’t wait to get my furniture in 14 days!"
