Best Buy

"Needed a laptop for my grandson. I was partnered with Juan, and he walked us thru the different Laptops and what they could do. We explained that it was for someone who is in high school. We settled on 2 laptops, a Dell, and a Lenovo. He explained how each worked, and we decided to buy the Lenovo. Juan was great, and it was great customer service knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to. Juan thanked us and made the sale easy."

"This Best Buy is falling apart.. 2/3 of the dispays are empty. The few products left are not working or broken. Shelves are dirty and empty. Managers needs to work on this store ASAP. This is unacceptable to welcome customers in this conditions. We wanted to buy a pretty expensive DJI camera, the displayed product was not working and no employees helped us."

"I had such computer issues that I ended up having to get a new one. But being not very techy, they helped me a couple of different times to get it set up and explained things that I could understand and do things myself. I appreciated their patience and competence."

"They Didn’t have the charging block I needed 100 Watt drone charger. so I had to hit up Amazon right after I left. I did notice they had alternate drones than DJI that I had not seen in other Best Buy locations."

"I would Give a zero star to this store at this point. we have had so many issue with our products. Our breaking point was with an over 3,000 dollar pc that had non stop issues. we were told multiple times to contact skytech and after 3 months of skytech not answering we now became past our exchange and return rate policy.At this point best buy now took in our pc and told us nothing was wrong and wiped the system out. We received it back scratched and covered in dirt, with the issue still occurring even worse. (the issue being the display would cut out constantly.) They took it in a second time and was told our graphics card had a sag and we needed a sag bracket but they reseated it and should be fine. We Took it home and still did not work. We took it in again and all they could offer is money back on a gift card (of course so they still have to receive money from us and we cant take our business else where). We decided to use the money to buy our friend a tv unopened box from them. We open the box that night and the screen is absolutely shattered. Absolutely disgusted in the quantity over quality. Will be going to naples at this point at least they have more in stock to replace things. Total tech as well was no help and disappointed with the knowledge of geek squad telling us and doing things "to try and fix it" that we have already tried ourselves at home. We will be following through with our corporate complaint who also have said this should not be occurring at any best buy store."
