"We liked the associate, he was great and knowledgeable. After that it went downhill. Today we came home to FedEx loading our driveway with a ton on boxes. I checked my FedEx app, there was no record of the shipment which explains why we had no clue it was coming. No notice from Lovesac either! We would've been extremely mad if we went out of town this weekend and roughly $7k in merchandise sat in our driveway all weekend! Very irritating! I'm not sure if that is more irritating than the assembly though. I find it absolutely unacceptable that Lovesac charges you so much money for a couch and they don't have installers. The items are heavy, everything is a 2 person job, the covers have to be exactly lined up and they still don't fit right, some of the bases & sides don't line up. We are extremely exhausted and not so happy. It took my husband and I about 5 hrs (with 2 short breaks) to unpack and assemble a 6 piece sectional! I cannot imagine taking this all apart to wash it and reassemble it all! This thing will have to be the most comfortable thing ever to win our vote - till then it gets 2 stars."
"We bought a 7 seat sactional yesterday. This was our 2nd time in the store. Jose was the sales assistant and was excellent. He took the time to listen to our questions and suggested better solutions then we had thought of ourselves. Anxious to receive it and put it together."
