"Great product selection in store, even more on line. Ordered numerous backslash tiles in assorted colors and finishes for big project. Quick delivery. Selection was made for one area. Returns were quick and efficient. Order placed for quantity needed on outside portion of project. Store has a fare amount of samples to chose from, we were looking for something a bit different so looked at there web site to find. Military Veterans discount helps."

"Do not order your custom kitchen cabinets from Lowe’s multiple errors From communication to delivery and design. Ordered plywood cabinets received partially plywood, partially compressed wood on my panels. I’ve asked multiple times to correct it and no communication back."

"Unfortunately it seems that the negative customer service reviews are consistent for this location. I recently visited the Estero Lowes to purchase a new dishwasher. As I walk into the department I noticed 2 assoc. One was with an actual customer, and the other was standing nearby not doing anything. After a few minutes of searching on my own I decided to approach the assoc that was still standing there not doing anything. I told him that I had a question and he immediately responded with " I'm with a customer, you'll have to wait". I looked around with confusion since he's been standing there not doing anything while the other assoc worked with their customer. I would've been perfectly fine with a hello, we'll be with you in just a moment and I would've totally understood. Since I couldn't get any help there I went to customer service. The lady there was sweet and called for a manager to help me. Guess who walks up!!? Apparently the rude assoc was a manager! Even then he responded to me with "all you had to do is wait" He just doesn't get it. I guess I'm in the wrong... So I left and went to your competitor Home Depot. I was greeted and helped my amazing friendly employees. I purchased my dishwasher and they even matched your lower price. I've been in retail for many years and I would be embarrassed to have someone like him representing my company. You lost a guaranteed sale to a competitor due to a single employee's lack of customer service skills and compassion. Thank you for your time"
