"I purchased the Silvers Neomax true rear coilovers for my Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Urotuning. The had the product priced very competitively, including the rear dampener extenders, a 10% discount during Halloween . The shipping was directly from Silvers however something happened and the rear extenders were not included in the shipment. I email them with my concern. One of their customer specialists, Kelsey Gangwer, resolved the problem for me very expeditiously. She had the missing extenders shipped out to me via 2-day fedex within 6 hours of the initiation of our email conversation. She was also kind enough to hook me up with some of their swag for my troubles. Now I have an awesome true rear coilover set up that I can adjust the dampening without having to uninstalling the rear shocks (Rear extenders allowed me to do the adjustment through the trunk)."
