"Made a trip to Don Mealey Chevrolet on New Years Day 2024. I was interested in test driving a 23 Silverado with a 3.0 Duramax. I have always went for the 5.3 or 6.2 engines, so I was unsure if I would like the diesel. I was met at the dealership by Kyle Parrish, who was both friendly and knowledgeable. I actually had a good time while looking at this truck and thoroughly enjoyed the test drive experience. The Truck was everything I hoped it would be and I did end up buying. After the purchase, Kyle took care of all the details and personally transferred over my plate and transponders. He even used a razor blade to remove and transfer my "Mr. Carwash" sticker from my windshield. Finance was another great success for me on this day. I was professionally informed about the extended warranties available to me, but didn't receive a lot of high pressure tactics once I told them I wasn't interested. I came in with my financing already in place from Suncoast Credit Union but the finance manager was able to find a much better interest rate at one of their partner banks. I ended up with a 7.09% interest rate compared to the CU 8.25%. With the lower interest rate, I was able to chose a term with 9 fewer months of payments! I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and professionalism received from Kyle Parrish and all of the team members at Don Mealey Chevrolet. I don't think I've ever had a better car buying experience."
