"I had an auto policy with y'all, and I received a Cancellation notice in the mail on 02/21/2023. For not submitting photos of my vehicle. I was extremely confused because I went back to my sent emails and saw I did indeed send my photos in to Luke Valenica on Dec 21st of 2022. I called the number and spoke with a lovely woman who answered the phone and explained what happen and even stated that I would forward the original email to show I did indeed send in the photos, and she stated on the phone call that this was not my fault and the agency owner has been coming down on staff to follow through with their job. She then was trying to connect me to an agent and NONE of the agents wanted to assist me. She stated that one of the agent even stated there's nothing I can do for her. The lady said I'm going to transfer you anyways to see what can be done. She transferred me to a sales agent whose name began with a M, She was very dry on the call and acted like she did not want to assist me at all. She said I'm placing you on hold while I call the insurance company and I sat on hold for about 20 mins and she clicked back over and hung up. I called the company back immediately and was told she's busy and will return my call later. At 4:45 I ended up calling back and spoke with a Paula and she was very apologetic and stated there's nothing I can do for you, but can requote you. I told her no thank you I'll take my business elsewhere. I asked to speak to the agency owner and was told he had a procedure done and was not in office and could not speak to him. My policy was cancelled on Feb 3rd. I just got the notice Feb 22nd. So now here I am with a lapse on my policy and nothing done to help out with it. I myself am a Insurance agent and know things can go unmissed, but we take the responsibility for it and try to keep our clients, that did not happen with this agency."

"Hours posted show they should've been open, open sign was on, door was locked. Called the number to see if there were different hours today, rep stated they should be open and someone should be inside. Not a soul in sight. Rep hung up to call someone who was supposed to be in, nobody ever came"
